I am a Justice and Legal Thought College Park Scholar at the University of Maryland on the pre-law track. As a Criminology & Criminal Justice major and MLAW (law & society) minor, I am interested in the relationship between the justice system, public actors, and the law. In furtherance of my legal aspirations, I am an active member of Maryland's collegiate mock trial team. Through the U.S. ARMY ROTC program, I am on track to commission as an officer in the United States Army (hopefully into the JAG Corp). I currently serve as an SM (simultaneous membership) cadet, balancing both ROTC obligations along side duties ordered by the Maryland Army National Guard. I have the pleasure of working in the legal office under active Judge Advocates. Outside of my academics, I am actively involved in promoting fitness for all people and ages. My part-time position as a coach at OrangeTheory Fitness has offered me a platform to encourage adults to live a stronger, faster, and healthier life. In my free time, I mentor youth within the college park area teaching martial arts and building character development.
