Prairie View A&M University - Texas Institute for the Preservation of History and Culture Museum, CDM7 is providing Design-Build services with architectural partner Page. The TIPHC museum will be a unique state of the art facility that will include spaces for researchers and visiting scholars to do their work. The museum will expansive display areas to exhibit artifacts for interdisciplinary narratives. The museum will contain stories, images, sounds, documents, and etc. In addition to its collections and displays, the center will also serve as a think tank for professors, students, historians, and others to further their research., 3.5M 


Prairie View A&M University - Digital Media Commons, Prairie View, Texas, Provided Design-Build services with partner, Perkins and Will, for a 27,000-sf. renovation of the 3rd floor, at the JB Coleman Library. The project included video and media rooms, multiple study environments for students, executive/faculty office spaces, 48-seat training/testing room, printer/copy station, conference room, break room, upgrades to MEP systems, and new security/data systems. This project also accommodated mural competition with the students of PVAMU to incorporate them into the project., 1.5M 


Prairie View A&M University - E.E. O'banion Hot Water Piping Replacement, Prairie View, Texas, Provided construction services for the replacement of all hot water piping and over 90 VAV coils on the 1st and 2nd levels. The project included removing ceiling tile/grid, drywall repair/replace, controls, and duct replacement. This project was required to be completed during the 4 weeks of fall break. This project was completed on-time and with no budget errors., 1.6M 


Houston Independent School District - Harvey Repairs (6 Campuses), Houston, Texas, The aftermath of Hurricane Harvey left HISD with many schools inhabitable. We provided services to get six schools/facilities back up and running. These schools included Forest Brook Middle School, The Pavilion, and Hilliard Elementary to name a few. Repairs included drywall, duct cleaning, gym flooring, VCT, Doors/HW/Frames, tile, carpet, base, furniture, casework/millwork, MEP fixtures, data systems, and etc. These projects were all completed on time., 7.5M 


Harris County/Harris Health System - Parking Garage Security Upgrade, The Parking Garage project included providing and installing galvanized steel supports, infilled with metal grating, to wrap the entire 9-story parking garage structure. This project was simple in scope, but a challenge due to the fact the hospital is constantly at 90% capacity or better on a daily basis. Parking spots had to be coordinated through the day and night, and even weekends. This project was completed 3 weeks early, based on a CSP schedule., 2.3M 


Cypress-Fairbanks ISD - Bridgeland High School, Cypress, TX, New construction of 4 story classroom wing, three gyms including two upstairs, 18 basketball goals, five volleyball courts, wrestling mat and storage, two weight rooms, a fitness room, library, natatorium, 960-seat auditorium with control room, six-door mechanic shop with lift station, balancing machine, paint spray booth, competition football with artificial turf, baseball and softball field, two practice football, two soccer fields, eight court tennis facility, and a daycare facility which includes a play area and tricycle circle., 165M 


Encompass Health - Woodlands/Humble Location, Provided renovation services for two full occupied healthcare rehabilitation centers. Projects were completed in multiple phases in order to accommodate clients needs. Updated all restrooms, lobbies, hallways, infilled pool, parking lot and sidewalks repairs, and etc., 1.6M 


2229 San Felipe Place, Houston, TX, Provided construction management at risk services for Hines for a new 323,352 SF office building above a parking garage and various site improvements in the River Oaks area. The San Felipe Place project is a 17-story "boutique" office tower with nine floors of office space and 8 levels of parking. This project is designed to be compatible with adjacent neighborhood and commercial areas., 44M 


ExxonMobil Corporate Campus, Houston, TX, The state-of-the-art campus has multiple low-rise office buildings, laboratory, conference and training centers and facilities such as child care, a wellness center, campus auditorium, and other employee amenities. The campus is located on a 385-acre wooded site and accommodates approx. 10,000 employees. It has been constructed to high standards of efficiency and environmental stewardship. This project achieved LEED Gold certification., 4B 


Moody Gardens Capital Improvements Rainforest Pyramid & Aquarium, Galveston, TX, Provided construction management services for the revised entry sequence, entry bridge, animal exhibits, totaling 75,000 SF, interpretive themed propping, and a faux canopy tree walk. Due to the challenges faced with coordinating shotcrete, MEP/LSS systems, and other USDA requirements, this project a required lots of design changes and flexibility on the contractors., 35M 


Angleton ISD High School Stadium and Agricultural Building, Angleton, TX, This project included the new construction of a 377,000 SF high school with capacity for 2,650 students, a 7,500-seat stadium with artificial turf and a district agriculture/science center. Academic classes will be placed at one end of the campus while vocational classes, such as agriculture, welding, and music are at the other side of the campus. The stadium includes a jumbo-tron, artificial turf, and eight lane running track, three concession/restroom buildings, field house, and press box with elevator., 67M 


Cypress-Fairbanks ISD - Cypress Lakes High School, Cypress, TX, New construction of 250 classrooms, three gyms, 18 basketball goals, five volleyball courts, wrestling mat and storage, two weight rooms, a fitness room, library, natatorium, 830-seat auditorium with control room, six-door mechanic shop with lift station, balancing machine, paint spray booth, competition football, baseball and softball field, two practice football, two soccer fields, PE softball field, eight court tennis facility, and a daycare facility which includes a play area and tricycle circle., 72M
