Double Agent Repair

• Repair customers appliances such as Dishwasher, Over the range microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.
• Performing plumbing work when necessary for install and repairs
• Perform installation of TV’s, speakers, networks, cameras, and any smart home devices
• Responsible for ordering the correct parts for the repairs of appliances and TV’s
• Assist with managing large commercial jobs for the company
• Communicate with each client two days prior and on the morning of their appointment to confirm scheduling. Follow up two days after each appointment to seek feedback and answer any questions they may have.
• Review scheduled calls and dispatch team members based on their occupational strengths and distance from the jobsite.
