I am writing this formally express my interest in joining the Blaine County Sheriff Office Command or High-Command team. I am confident and dedicated to bring a strong set of skills, and level of dedication into my role, and into the department. Contributing department resources that could be needed, for its development. My desire to join the command team comes from a commitment to supporting the department on a larger aspect. I believe that my pass leadership skills, organizational skills, and strong communication skills make me a well suited person for this position I am applying for. Over time, I have held various positions, that make me a perfect candidate for what I am applying for. I have demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a focus on success to the I have ran in the pass. I understand all the responsibilities that came with being in a command position, I understand that I will be held the highest standard, more than others. I am able to provide useful documentation, and able to personally mentor new coming deputies within the department. Offering guidance to all. I understand everything that I do and say reflect on me and the department largely. I promise that I will remain professional at all times while representing the department.
