My Responsibilities as the Shift supervisor is to ensure the shift runs as smoothly as possible my duties include the same as the crew members which include preparing orders, cleaning, prepping ingredients, however I am also in charge of handling customers, customer complaints, crew complaints, Handling money, and making sure all crew members stay on task.

Crew member responsibilities included early morning shifts which started at 4:30am, setting and packing up hot air balloons, physically moving large equipment, ensuring that proper safety techniques and equipment were being used, working under stressful situations, working in extreme cold/hot conditions, constant multitasking, basic radio knowledge, driving large passenger vans, cleaning and refueling vans/trucks.
