As a Strength Coach for Grayson College Softball and Basketball, I work approximately 10 to 12 hours per week, excluding additional time spent programming workouts. I work a total of around 30 to 38 weeks per year.


  • Design and implement sport-specific strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of the softball and women's basketball teams.
  • Focus on improving athletes’ speed, agility, strength, and endurance to optimize their performance during games and practices.

  • Analyze the list of cars scheduled for service and collaborate with other backroom coordinators to determine the next vehicle for your bay.
  • Inform the Crew Chief about the next vehicle, ensuring they pull the appropriate tires and prepare for service.
  • Provide clear instructions to tire technicians on the specific tasks for each vehicle, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Conduct a "pre-benediction" with customers, informing them that their vehicle is being worked on and addressing any additional needs or concerns.
  • Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring all tasks are completed to the company's standards before releasing the vehicle to the customer.


While performing the duties of a Sales Associate, my duties include:


  • Assist customers in selecting the best tires and wheels that suit their vehicle, driving habits, and budget, offering expert recommendations when needed.
  • Work closely with backroom coordinators to ensure that the selected tires and wheels are prepared for installation, facilitating smooth service transitions.
