Responsible for leading and managing the data for the Risk Control organization including reporting, establishing metrics, providing innovative analysis, and partnering with department professionals to support data driven decisions. Managing collaboration efforts with leadership to assure strategic, operational and developmental goals are met. This includes detailed studies based on KPI's, cross department goals/achievements, as well as preliminary analysis on potential improvement opportunities for the organization.

Provided Risk Control with data and information to assist in the decision-making processes for insureds. Developed in-depth reports, which delivered improved visibility and enabled better control of risk. Worked with consultants on loss analysis presentations, risk assessment support, and training. Served as a liaison with external partners for training opportunities for CNA Consultants as well as the insureds.

Gathered and analyzed data on clients for reinsurance program renewal. Used Spatial Key to determine and analyze high risk areas for catastrophic events and probability of reinsurance need and loss impact. Worked with Broking and Analytical teams (Catastrophe Analytics, Actuarial, Financial Advisory) to provide data modeling and analysis, industry research and RFP's. Assisted in the development and production of future programs and new partner clients
