A hard working shift manager right out of high school for 5 years, who helped manage more than 5 stores in my own area in Texas. Built strong relationships not only with our regulars but also the employees that I worked with, as well as management. Also a banker for the past two years who does what is needed of him and more, always shows up early for work and comes prepared. Efficient and thorough with any money transactions, double checking my paperwork and the amount to avoid mistakes and variances. Have always prided myself on my excellent customer service skills and the ability to deescalate situations to leave a customer happy and satisfied. Have transferred over to the slot industry very well in my first months, with no IR’s (exceptions) at all and also zero variances. More importantly though, I’ve throughly enjoyed getting to know our guests and building strong relationships in my short time here, going out of my way to get to know them personally and help them in any way I can.
