- Utilizing the Gopher State One Call (GSOC) System since its inception and throughout all of the software and program changes. Screening locate tickets, requesting tickets, updating utility maps and corridors and working with GSOC personnel.
- Continuous collaboration with Gopher State One Call and the Minnesota Office of Pipeline Safety (MNOPS) to ensure quality Damage Prevention Seminars throughout Minnesota every spring. Emceed 7 Seminars this spring with GSOC and MNOPS.
- Trained multiple technicians through my current career at Northern Natural Gas Co. to be proficient and safe in locating all types of utilities, gas handling equipment (all types of valves, regulators, relief valves, and meters), and corrosion control systems and duties.
