I'm responsible for operating the register as efficiently as possible, keeping a clean and organized station, and making sure guests feel welcome and have a good experience.
If guests have questions about sales or where certain items are located, I'm capable of giving them the information they need to make their time spent shopping much easier.
In the event of a frustrated or rude customer, I'm skilled at remaining calm under pressure and de-escalating the situation. If the customer continues to escalate, then I get upper management involved to aid in reaching some form of resolution.
