Being a Junior Nursing Student, I understand it might be a concern of not having prior experience in healthcare, however, the ability of active listening and being a quick learner, alongside with the listed academic knowledge achievement, could critically shorten the training process required for this PCT position.

The certified completion of Epic EHR software training, as well as CPR training by American Heart Association (AHA) would also be helpful tools which benefit the healthcare team.
