Letter was sent to General Manager, Parks and Recreation Department:

Form customer who frequently visit the parks. The two customer were in amazed and awe of how clean and well-kept everything was. This customer was letting us know how much they appreciated my hard work.


U-Haul Employment:

My supervisor received a letter that was written for me. This customer wrote how I had went to great lengths in trying to help her find a product in the store for her car. she told my supervisor that I wa a keeper. It is not often in today's retail world that people go the extra mile.

State Parks:

Letter was sent to Supervisor, Customer return hastily to find a note that Ms Scott-Park Maintenance Worker had discovered the gross negligence of keys left in car. And keys were returned to my grateful possession. Need I add that Ms Scott is indeed a very impressive person she refused an offer of reward. Ans her competent handling of a uniquely sensitive circumstance ia as a compliment to the high regard all have for the park service.
