For the past year at XFERALL, I've built and developed relationships with UHS facilities in New Jersey. We worked together on strategies to improve referral source volumes and targeted new opportunities for expansion. Our solution consistently decreases mental health patient transfer times by 85% between the referral sources and receiving entities.


In Pennsylvania, I have developed strong relationships with the top health systems in the state for mental health patient referral sources to include UPMC, Allegheny Health Network, Independence Health, Lehigh Valley Health Network, St Luke's Health, UPenn Health, Jefferson Health and Main Line Health. Personal Life Experiences

The Mental Health & Behavioral Health areas are extremely important to me as it has been a part of my life for 20 years.  I have intimate family members (adult and adolescents) that have been diagnosed with conditions that have left them in need of care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  As a loved one, I have seen first hand how this impacts the entire family unit.


After 20 years of working in healthcare, I've finally found my calling that I can combine my personal life passion with my professional life mission.
