Equipment Installation

• Travel to domestic and international customer sites to install, assemble, inspect, and commission equipment.

• Responded to customer service calls and emergency repair requests to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues.

Managed travel logistics for installations and training across multiple locations.

• Travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally for installations, training, repairs, and customer support.
• Remain on assignment for extended periods while supporting multiple customer locations and project schedules.
• Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and service materials as necessary.
• Maintain all required travel documentation, including passports and applicable licenses.
