- Trained on many heavy equipment like (O.P. ,Double walkie ,Tugger ,Reach truck )
- Used O.P. to pick up full cages from front buffers that needed to be stowed into bins and using a scanner to pick up the cage and scan the items and follow the correct location the scanner is wanting me to stow this item .Also had to keep my scan rate up to certain standards accordingly to the plan for that day. Also had to keep my D.P.M.O low meaning no room for lots of errors. And all needed to be done in a safe manner .
- Had to use stow heat maps to locate correct aisles that have specifically changes to certain aisles or bins. (Locked aisles ,Locked bins , Damage aisles ,and how much available space is on these aisles and bins)
- Trained on problem solve .Was taught how to figure out what is wrong with other AA cages or carts and how to fix these issues so they do not receive any errors .
- Became a learning Ambassador due to having really good quality numbers and really high scan rates .Was chosen to teach the new AA coming into the building so they could also be succesful.
- Became a P.G. under a year. I was in charge of setting the board everyday so AA knew where they are working at for that shift. Also i was responsible for about 30-40 people per shift and had to coach the AA on all there errors and rates also while encouraging them to do better . Had to keep track of where everyone is working while moving people around to meet work needs. Had quarterly meetings with all inbound managers to talk about where we at accordingly to plan ,what needed to be adjusted , and to talk about issues we are having and what can be done to fix these problems. Had to fill out a P.G. worksheet all shift keeping track of thing like (cage count , D.P.M.O. ,headcount ,quarterly rates and how much we have done including trans in numbers and vendor)

- Used a special scanner to go down aisles to pick the items on the order to be placed in totes and held in back refrigerator or freezer until customer arrival
- Had to use same scanner to check in customers who arrived to pick up there order and used scanner to determine who has arrived and checked in by there self so they are not waiting to long for there order
- In charge of answering the phone when customers had questions about there order or wanted to cancel or even reschedule there pick up time . Also called customers when they didn't show up on the time they placed in the system to notify them that there order was ready .
- Used hand held pay device for customers who paid on arrival
- Personally took the orders to the car and read to them what they ordered to confirm there order and told the customer if any changes where done to there order so they are aware.

- Was responsible for taking items off the line and using a scanner to scan and place the items on correct pallets .When pallet is full you would wrap the pallet and place shipping labels on the pallets and use a hand pallet jack to transfer the pallets to the shipping dock and be dropped off at the correct door so a pallet loader can put the pallet in a truck to be delivered to the correct destination.
