At Sam Boswell Buick GMC I always hit the dealership quota of minimum 10 cars a month. I would sell any where from 15-25 by making the customer my best friend in 2 minutes, finding and putting them on a vehicle that I helped them fall in love with, and getting them in to my office and holding my gross while negotiating and helping them understand the numbers.

• As a Sales Specialist I was answering calls, making sales, setting appointments, knowledgeable of the product, establishing and maintaining a good rapport with new and existing clients, reporting to management, participating in company meetings, maintaining appropriate and adequate communication with clientele and assisting in the funding process.
• While I've worked with Lux Auto Group, I have sold at least 20-30 vehicles a month.
• And to the clients I have spoken with that didn't purchase a vehicle, they always left a good review on my service and left a good message with management.
• I know the sales process from start to finish. All the way from getting a commitment to rapping up the paperwork and preparing the license plate.
• I recently have been promoted and received my own location which I currently manage and run the day to day operations.
• At the new location I am also going to the auction inspecting and purchasing cars. As well as getting them cleaned up and taking the photos for them.

• As an Inventory Analysts I would make accurate counts on any product we were counting at the time.
• Every day we count the whole warehouse, up to 80,000 cases (pallets).
• We would Log the count on to either the document we are filling out along with the received date and the expiration date.

• I worked in the garden center as a part time sales associate.
• I would go above and beyond with my work by getting task done before clocking out, working well with others, trying my best to give the customers the best shopping experience possible etc.
• Even though we are not allowed to accept tips I have been offered tips by 80% of the customers I've helped by loading their vehicle with anything or just helping them find what they were looking for using my knowledge.

• I've worked at McDonald's for two years and While I was working at this corporate facility.
• I got employee of the month twice by making sure that customers are happy and satisfied with my white glove customer service; this led to me being promoted to crew trainer.
• I've trained the new employees how to do the same and keep a strong and healthy work environment.
• My responsibilities here at McDonalds varied throughout my career here.
