As a Sanitation Operator, I am expected to enforce all company standards and compliances, This includes following GMP, SSOP, SOP and SDS expectations. I was recently certified as a designated trainer to provider and assist in the training and development of new staff. Additional responsibilities include:

• Cleaning tables, cookers and cutters, tunnel washers and conveyors.
• Using harsh chemicals (including mixing, testing and diagnosing issues with chemical lines and pumps)
• Completing weekly and monthly MSS tasks
• Completed comprehensive sanitation training programs, resulting in advanced knowledge of industry best practices.

I started in Sanitation, moved to Utility Cutter and shortly after moved up to the position of Trim Coordinator. Responsibilities include:

• Compliance with customer specifications
• Managing acceptable trim allowances within order standards
• Following and complying with company cleaning procedures.

I worked in the Cast Iron Division in Foundry. Responsibilities include:

• Testing hardness of the mold to ensure it is within the acceptable range
• Inspect, package and send to the next stage for processing
• Hand grind casting to acceptable smoothness
• Visually inspect each casting for defects and sending to next line for final inspection

I started in Sanitation I, doing basic sanitation duties. Shortly after, I was promoted to Sanitation II where I had increased daily responsibilities and problem-solving expectations.

I was responsible for the inspection, assembly and packaging of plastic molds. Additional responsibilities include:

• Scraping excess plastic off of molds
• Following process procedure to satisfy customers wants and needs.
