  • Racetrac/Raceway Deployment: During this project, I had to monitor the RTP deployment. My duties included cleaning certificates in the servers, running puppet updates, destroying/restoring virtual machines and more. I assisted technicians in the field, troubleshooting through the command prompt shell in order to allow them to continue rolling out th e deployment. Clients reached out via phone, slack chat, emails, and the JIRA ticket queue; in which I had to monitor simultaneously.
