Dynamic leader with a proven track record at Midcentral Energy, I begun as a tier 1 shop tech. I consistently upheld high standards in all operations. I consistently worked hard, always volunteered for duties I was not the best at so that I could improve on what I felt I didn't excel in. Within 2 years I was promoted to a supervisor position. In 2021 I was awarded the Johnny award, which basically is my company's version of employee of the year. Which I won through a nomination by my peers for representing the company's core values. I have great problem-solving and decision-making skills, while always remaining open to constructive feed back.
