This position is responsible for the manufacturing of innovative infection prevention products in a production or clean room environment following all applicable policies, processes and procedures. Pepping fibers bundles into units. Cutting products, leak testing units, putting units into dry racks machines. Putting Orings into headed. Putting headed onto units. Testing unit for any air or debris in the units, labeled unit and packaging units.

Skive the FEP
Remove the FEP
Peel the remaining FEP with hand
Use pick tools and remove the PET under the microscope.
Grab the braid from bin.
Load braid, annealed end first flush to anchor ring.
Continue loading braid to anchor ring.
Stretch the braid and twist at once the end.
Grab cutter and trim the excess braid.
Inspect for frayed and move to next station.

• Completed accurate assembly work by positioning and aligning components.
• Set up and performed hand and automatic assembly operations on components, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
• Inspected finished parts and components to enforce QA standards and uncover defects prior to packaging. Also worked two different stations each day to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals.   produce work within tight tolerances.
