My Responsibility was cleaning cheese belts when production was over to start the production for the next day; Moving everything over to a cleaning in place system, once system finished moved everything to production. Cleaned drains in the production floor and refilled chemical tanks. I also assisted in different positions if needed.

Ran production, Bagged 50 lb blocks of cheese, Ran cheese through a conveyor to get folded and sealed; Then sent out to be boxed. I also set up towers for cleaning in place and once over set back for next day production.

Packaging operator, set up cardboard in boxer machine, Testing medal detector every two hours, Making sure boxes were labeled correctly such as in type of cheese and date, Filled up pallets in palletizer and finishing off by labeling and wrapping pallets to be sent off to the freezers.
