The AGM's role is to support the General Manager in all day to day operations of the restaurant and to direct operations when the GM is not present in the store.
Maintain office supplies to par levels on a monthly basis.
Work varying shifts from week to week
Maintain a "guest first" culture in the restaurant
Ensure excellent customer service
Assist in all positions when needed
Ensure all team members are trained fully in their positions, including providing training to new team members
Assist in completing weekly inventory counts
Follow all cash management and cash handling policies
Monitor all paid outs, refunds and voids
Be a problem solver
Assist in keeping the restaurant fully staffed and minimize turnover by embodying our core values.
Complete tasks and forms fully and at the appropriate times
