Valerie Bailey

In 2016, I started out in housekeeping at the Chisos Mountains Lodge. I became housekeeping supervisor in 2017, and was promoted to operations manager over the entire property in 2021. I managed operations over several departments on the property within BBNP. In 2021, I became General Manager and ran all aspects of property until Oct. 23, 2024.

I managed staff, finance and training to best serve the guests and the company.

I was a long term substitute for the VISD- Jr. High and High School. I often subbed at the receiving desk and the library until I moved the West Texas to work at BBNP.
