Accomplishments

Non-work related, i flipped my own home by myself. I have an eye for seeing potential in things that are otherwise considered ugly or a waste and immediately ideas come flooding in on how to make it beautiful and valuable. While living in my first home at 28 and selling it at 31, i was able to increase the value by 60,000$. And to not have help or input from another individual, i consider this a huge accomplishment in my life.
