- Maintained CEO's complex and ever-changing calendar; Remain mindful of his current priorities and long-term goals; Conserve CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence.
- Arrange and coordinate complex travel including but not limited to transportation, hotels, and restaurant reservations, with addresses and direction detail included in the calendar.
- Planned and successfully executed small and large events for the staff or up to several hundred guests, and multiple speakers.
- Planned twice weekly meetings for clients in the mastermind, and ensured speakers were available and topics submitted for notifications to the clients.
- Acted as informed representative for the CEO and others when dealing with clients and others whose goodwill and respect are of critical importance.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to compose general correspondence, maintain records and prepare accurate reports using Google and Microsoft Office.
- Performed other personal/family matters as required with discretion.
- Handled the lease agreements and negotiations with landlords to acquire new office space.
- Managed all aspects of the facility including office installations and repairs/maintenance, up to and including managing the janitorial staff.
- Helped create and maintain a company culture consistent with the core values.
- Resourceful, out-of-the-box thinking, and networking with other great, established EAs to find the best practices for my employer, saving both time and money for him and the business.
