Collaborate with GEAR UP staff and AUHSD personnel to assist students with their academic and career preparation, along with supporting services related to the encouragement of students pursuing postsecondary education opportunities.

• Conduct structured small group and one-to-one tutoring sessions in mathematics, science, and English, helping on average of 55 students per week
• Promote GEAR UP services to students and school staff

• Involved in training on how to perform proper interview etiquette in order to document oral history of the individual who got interviewed
• Collaborate with co-worker to analyze these interviews and help create a story map.
