• Analyze Business requirements and propose Functional/Technical solutions to Business.
• Design and develop complex functionalities and part of multiple projects involved in launching new Life insurance products to market.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts and Business stakeholders to work on Requirement gathering.
• Work on estimate preparation for the new features by understanding the technical specifications and providing development efforts.
• Production support activities like but not limited to Incident/Escalation Management, SLA and Quality Management.
• Manage global teams, play the lead role and provide support to the teams by working closely and ensure smooth and quality delivery.
• Project estimation and resource planning through out.
• Engage with Architects and Business for design discussions/developments.
• Client engagement and status report presentation.
