My goal is to grow with a strong team in the restaurant industry. I would like to bring a positive attitude as a leader and a creative way of thinking to my place of work. My experience is well-rounded, from the front end to the back end of the house. I am always looking to learn and grow. I am a people person. I love to interact with customers and make sure that everything is satisfying, from the dining experience to the atmosphere.
Effie's Place is a 35+, year-old established neighborhood restaurant.
When I was approached about being the next in line to assist in making the Greek/American specialties that Effie herself made was an honor.
This was an extremely busy wholesale/retail Butcher shop that provided and still does many different cuts of meat to many of the big sports Stadiums in the NY and NJ area, restaurants, diners, catering halls, and many walk-in customers as well.
Responsibilities- Open in the morning set station up, count register, make and set cold breakfast display
