• Passenger registration for flights: Performing the check-in process, verifying travel| documents, and issuing boarding passes.
• Baggage handling: Receiving and labeling baggage, resolving issues related to lost, damaged, or delayed luggage.
• Passenger support: Informing passengers about flights, schedule changes, boarding gates, and airport procedures. Assisting passengers with special needs.
• Boarding and disembarking organization: Checking boarding passes, directing passengers to gates, and coordinating the boarding and disembarking process.
• Problem solving: Efficiently resolving passenger complaints and issues, including flight delays and cancellations.
• Collaboration with security services: Ensuring passengers have passed all required security checks before entering the airport's controlled zone.

Completed a six-month paid internship at Nikola Tesla Airport, where I gained experience in weight and balance, as well as in the operations center. This role allowed me to develop a strong understanding of key airport operations and contribute to the smooth coordination of flights.
