Hourly check for parts being defective on all 3 department must meet quality per process and everything must be in spec per customer.
Press room watch robot working at perfect condition that will not defect parts and making sure there is no cracking on parts or picking any form of defect not allowed per process could go to NCR, attention to detail making sure press is running good without double compaction or any other issues with die table, make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications
Furnace Department make sure setting for gas is correct to sinter parts in to furnace, following process, checking for hardness and O.D. to meet requirement per process.
