With a robust background spanning from Military Communications in the US Army to sales and customer service roles, I excel in environments demanding top-notch communication and problem-solving skills. In the US Army, I honed my multitasking abilities, cross-trained as a combat medic, installed/maintained and operated encrypted communications on the radio, phone, and computer networks- consistently exceeding expectations. My expertise in retail operations management and proficiency in customer service make me skilled and competent at handling and conversing with extremely upset people. I like to work side by side with co-workers and teammates completing sometimes nearly impossible tasks. I love challenges where I can use my diverse background to find solutions quickly and efficiently.
