I stocked shelves and communicated with my team about daily tasks. I prioritized projects for my team to focus on. I handled computer operations, read planograms, measured shelves, printed tags, and organized the distribution of cold/frozen products.

I effectively worked in fast paced customer service, cash handling, processed payments efficiently, addressed customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor. I built and moved tables, shelves, and cleaned them. I pushed carts and parked them in appropriate spots. I took photos and uploaded for supervision. I reported watering needs for plants, I made product requests, worked with dead heads, and pruned dead plants. I handled products that were bad or damaged. I stocked new products. I communicated with Lowes Managers and receiving employees on changes for shipments coming in. I setup store displays, worked in hot and cold environments (including wind and rain).

In this position I was Containerization (ULD) Pallet jack operator, headset trained, Tug certified, and had Federal Security Clearance. I had to scan merchandise, received products and handled outgoing packages. I stacked pallets, built freights into sizes for DOF, AAX, LAY's, and Drive Cans to load up planes. I was Headset trained to send off pilots off the runway, trained in wing walking, and marshaling. I had experience in scanning out damaged products that would be loaded onto the plane. I drove various types of vehicles and warehouse equipment except forklifts.

This role is where I honed my customer service skills. I was pallet jack certified and safety hazard trained. I welcomed customers and assisted customers with locating products. I would perform sanitation duties, cashier duties, grocery stocking, and handled backroom inventory. I offloaded trucks and worked in cold storage environments.

I built pallets, printed labels, wrapped pallets, organized packages, and used a manual pallet jack. I used a pallet jack to transport packages to weigh and transport packages through freights.

I learned to be flexible and adaptable in this position. I stocked the backroom and fridge. I broke down pallets, provided customer service, and assisted customers. I did quality control and janitorial work.
