Job Summary: Provide instruction that is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Verbal Behavior.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day student programming in a fast paced work environment
• Organized and managed student programs addressing behavioral requirements for multiple students.
• May be responsible for 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 student/instructor ratio
• Implement a student’s Individual Education Program (IEP), Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), or program goals under the supervision and direction of the supervisor
• Record and track IEP progress through daily data collection
• Coordinated systematic setup and preservation of students' workspaces.
• Manage student data, including daily probe sheets, progress reports, BIPs, and behavioral data sheets
• Assist students in the restroom with toileting needs and hygiene goals
• Provide input on student progress in quarterly progress reports to parents and/or school systems or as required
• Work collaboratively with other disciplines, such as BCBAs, OTs, and SLPs, and other teach members, such as other ABA Instructors
• Involved in meetings to enhance school operations.
• Cooperative and flexible participation within a team and among other teams
• Attend Community Based Instruction (CBI) to help students generalize skills
• Other job related duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

• Under the supervision and direction of the MHS Manager and the Nurse in charge, the Patient Safety Associate (PSA) provides vigilant and continuous observation and appropriate diversion activities for an assigned patient
• Performs basic patient monitoring activities under the supervision of an assigned Nurse
• Observes the patient's activity and behavior and communicates on a regular basis to the Nurse in charge or a Technician
• Accompanies patients to medical procedures and tests and maintains observation of the patient during the procedures and tests
• Provides comfort, safety, and satisfaction for patient
• Performs patient care tasks related to activities of daily living, such as feeding, hair, skin, and oral care
• Assists with bathing, linen changes and repositioning, as directed by the Nurse in charge
• Keeps the assigned patient as the primary responsibility at all times
• Never leaves the patient alone or out of sight

• Flexible and adaptable role that involve covering shifts and positions as needed
• Implementing activities: Leading activities and implementing lesson plans to meet the developmental needs of children
• Supporting the classroom team: Helping to create a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Maintaining routines: Helping to implement the daily schedule and routine
• Engaging with parents: Greeting parents at drop-off and pick-up times, and maintaining positive relationships with them
• Inputting data: Inputting children's daily activities into an app for parents
• Being aware of policies and procedures: Being well-versed in all daycare policies and procedures

• Welcoming guests to and/or from the hospital in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
• Help with assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and initial questions regarding the facility or services

• Trained to assist customers using flight transportation services
