I was just getting my teeth into supervision, I had to line out crews with tasks we needed done safety first. Then we were productive and quality work In a timely manner.

In charge of daily safety and productivity, in filling daily orders, for different restaurants and huge businesses on East coast , this was a family business, This is were I learnt responsibilities, of purchasing, how to adjust pricing to the yield we received from products. Daily planning on how to keep enough work to keep my crews working , with daily work.
