SRI specializes in spinal, stroke & TBI patients with the appropriate equipment to mobilize patients safely. Other tasks assigned in SRI are data entry, such as vital signs, I&Os, patients ADLs, oral care, personal hygiene, showers, etc. Bladder scanning, time voiding patients, encouraging patients to sit up for meals and throughout the day, repositioning patients to prevent wounds and pressure injuries.
