• At element my position as a dining room attendant I work with my team to make sure all the food is stocked up. We have a lot of regular staying guest so it’s very important to build that connection. Knowing the conventions and how to get around the area is very important.

• As a barista at Starbucks my job was not just to make coffee and make breakfast sandwiches. Guest connections and giving them the best service everyday. Working as a team is needed through busy rushes we all help each other to create efficiency.

Working at a Busser at Lucia’s restaurant my responsibility’s were to make sure the servers had all the help by cleaning tables and running food. Connecting with the guest about the history of Boston was very important.

• My responsibility’s as a Retail Sales associate at Home Goods was to make sure everything was stocked up with price tags on. Primarily my main focus was making sure all the guest got help as needed.
