Employee of the year in my first and third year working here and after that I became a manager.

Every year each Hilton Property chooses an employee that goes above and beyond their job title. The GM appointed me my first year and then he left the next year. The new GM appointed me my 3rd year here and it was his first year in that position. After that I became a manager and didn't qualify for that promotion again.
