Actively suggest operational improvements to enhance quality, improve production times and reduce costs. Provide accurate and appropriate information in response to management and internal customer inquiries. Developed effective relationships with internal and external customers including Pella Sales Reps, National Accounts, PDSNs, NASS and Customer Service Call Center with clear communication.
Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals. Collaborate with engineering teams/CI Techs to adjust and modify production equipment to better meet customer demands.
