- SW Border Support Volunteer - Ajo, Arizona-November 2023 to February 2023
- Worked alongside the USCG to ensure all peoples entering the United States border in Ajo, AZ were cared for. This included staging and tagging belongings brought in by those entering the US. Our duties varied from feeding occupants breakfast, lunch and dinner to directing them to the correct buses or holding areas. We helped hundreds of people daily on their mission for a better life.
- DR788-AR - Mountain Home, AR-June 2024 to August 2024
- We opened a Disaster Recovery Center in the community, after they were devastated by tornadoes and flooding. The center was used to assist survivors applying for FEMA assistance and looking for community help.
- DR4781-TX - Austin, TX-August 2024 to December 2024
- I was stationed in the Joint Field Office making calls to applicants in the area that were affected by the severe storms and flooding. We made over 2000 calls assisting survivors in their time of need.

- This mission I was selected to help the Voluntary Agency Liaison department. We traveled to community meetings and workshops geared to helping a community in need. Our team visited applicants at their homes to retrieve important documents need to ensure assistance from FEMA. Responsible for connecting the applicants with community partners offering assistance.

- Received and responded to requests for emergency services from the public via 911, electronically relayed from the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) centers or standard telephone system, and from other safety agencies. Provided pre-arrival emergency instructions in accordance with the Department's Emergency Medical Dispatch. Used the CAD system to determine the identity and availability of the nearest fire fighting, rescue, or paramedic unit. Monitored, by radio, all emergency responses in progress and dispatches additional personnel and/or equipment as requested.
