Work History

Assembly Technician I

Endologix Medical
07.2024 - 11.2024
  • Building the Stent Grafting
  • Assembled complex medical devices using precision tools and techniques.
  • Conducted quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Select the end of the graft that has a tip wire tail closer to the end of the graft.
  • Obtain appropriately sized scalloping (same diameter as heat set mandrel).
  • Slide back heat shrink over the mandrel until the end of the heat shrink is aligned with the edge of the mandrel.
  • Set Heat gun to low heat, and slowly fuse the heat shrink onto the mandrel.
  • Roll cut any heat shrink hanging off the end and slide along the mandrel until one edge is approximately 200mm from one end of the mandrel.
  • Visually inspect the heat shrink for damages. If there are damages, Roll cut heat shrink until all heat shrink on mandrel is smooth.
  • Verify the diameter of scalloping mandrel.
  • Slide graft over the end of the mandrel with the least amount of exposed mandrel.
  • Carefully slide one row of crowns over the heat shrink.
  • Product: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)

Operator II - Robotic and Digital Solution (RAD)

Auris Health, Johnson and Johnson
07.2020 - 05.2024
  • Building the Sheath Shaft Material Handle.
  • Check the Camera/LED - Diode Mode, EM Sensors (Resistance - Ohms) and Continuity wires using the Multimeter.
  • Insert Scope to the Unibody and insert 2 retaining rings.
  • Connect to the Proximal Hub Luer. Wrap around the wires (from the scope) to the Pulley.
  • Secure with upper bearing and secure the bottom using the Quad ring.
  • Secure the Pulley into a unibody. Cover the unibody with the enclosure Dome, then Weld.
  • Check the leak Test.
  • Perform in process inspection.
  • Complete and sign the necessary documents DHR's and daily productivity.
  • Product: Bronchoscopy
  • Certified in Sheath Shaft Material Handle.
  • Certified in Scope Material Handle.

Assembler III

Cerenovus, Johnson and Johnson
11.2004 - 07.2020
  • Product: Aneurysm Catheter
  • Process Certification
  • Coil Line Area
  • Winding Primary wires for Helical and Spherical coils using their specific mandrel.
  • DPU Sub-assembly Area
  • Performing green tubing, winding tip coils, heating, cleaning (using 100% IPA's through Ultrasonic Bath) and cutting tip coils.
  • DPU Line Area
  • Selects appropriate sub-assemblies or component parts and install them in the unit according to design specification.
  • Performing Lamination. Insert PTFE to the hypotube and apply polyamide, then heat into the hotbox.
  • Performing proximal hypotube. Apply Loctite 4310 using EFD dispenser and cure in UV light curing machine.
  • Performing Cutaway. In the Proximal, cut around the extra PTFE and trim the Loctite to be smooth. Testing the HiPot and Resistance using a Multimeter.
  • Complete and sign the necessary documents such as LHR's and daily productivity.
  • Become floater in the different areas in the sub-assembly or in the DPU Line Area. And trained some new assemblers and cross training assemblers.
  • Final Line Area
  • Performing Angle Ring. Apply Loctite 4310 using EFD dispenser and cure in UV light curing machine. Trim the Loctite to be smooth.
