Assist event guests in finding their seats, restrooms or specific food and beverage vendors at Cardinal Stadium. Assist ADA guests with wheel chair accommodations or seat relocations.

• Review all documents from the settlement company to ensure closing instructions are properly followed, including all fees and closing cost.
• Interpret lending guidelines and exercise judgment in determining if the loan is ready to close. Work with necessary individuals to remedy any issues that are discovered.
• General knowledge of mortgage products and processes for both Retail and Wholesale transactions (including Lender Paid Compensation and Borrower Paid Compensation). Prepare net funding for all loans.
• Proficient understanding of RESPA, TILA, TRID, ECOA and HMDA regulations.
• Handle various types of loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA & State Bond Loans-(Purchase & Refinance Transactions).
• Audit files from underwriting to ensure they have required necessary documentation to prepare closing documents.
