I began my service journey many years ago to get through college and found that alongside a table was my home as far was work is considered. I've been a witness to a young girl serving in casual eateries, to a young woman waiting on VIP guest in VIP establishments. There is no limit to the caliber of service I've provided and each change of climate and its's challenges has broadened my horizons. I look forward to exercising exactly what I am articulating.
I most recently transferred to this location from a Red Robin in North Carolina. I started my relationship with the company in 2015 and worked at locations in North Carolina (3), Florida (2), New York (1), before transferring to the Vegas location. I have been responsible for providing a genuine guest experience as a lead server and bartender, even a server assistant when needed.
My dedicated service at the Forbes 5 star, fine dining resort embedded an unreal amount of knowledge about the fine dining culture I was not aware of. As I was eager to grow in certain areas of my professionalism and learn more, I could no longer grow in that specific location.
As this was my first fine dining and relais chateaux job experience. I walked on as a coffee bar and breakfast/lunch server. I immediately exemplified my passion for service, and it was greatly noted. Before my decision to part ways with the company, I was promoted to department trainer.
