In this position I have had the pleasure of training several managers and helping them to grow themselves and their teams. Some of the skills and actions related to this position include

• Helped set up several new store builds and guided new managers through seasonal POG resets.
• Conducting several five day in store trainings for new store managers on how to run and manage store. While implementing store standards and policies and helping them to understand how and why to do so. I would typically following up with them for the first three months to ensure they felt comfortable and help reduce turnover.
• Implemented new learning strategies depending upon employees' skill levels. While maintaining company training requirements.
• Conducted regular performance evaluations of staff members, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
• I have travel experience with several stores in the Oklahoma and Arkansas area to do various things such as store clean ups and additional trainings.

I worked between two location at Penn Square Mall under the previous District Trainer. Our mission was to train and promote out ASM and 3rd Keys to surrounding metro stores. During this position I did the following.

• Supervised day-to-day operations to meet performance, quality and service expectations.
• Maintained a clean, safe, and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Developed strong working relationships with staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitored cash intake and deposit records, increasing accuracy, and reducing discrepancies.
• I gained skills in the use of Workday, Flex Training, Outlook, POS Systems, Service Channel, APIS, and several other applications.
• Collaborated with the management team to develop strategic plans for business growth and improvement.
