In this position I have had the pleasure of training several managers and helping them to grow themselves and their teams. Some of the skills and actions related to this position include

  • Helped set up several new store builds and guided new managers through seasonal POG resets.
  • Conducting several five day in store trainings for new store managers on how to run and manage store. While implementing store standards and policies and helping them to understand how and why to do so. I would typically following up with them for the first three months to ensure they felt comfortable and help reduce turnover.
  • Implemented new learning strategies depending upon employees' skill levels. While maintaining company training requirements.
  • Conducted regular performance evaluations of staff members, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • I have travel experience with several stores in the Oklahoma and Arkansas area to do various things such as store clean ups and additional trainings.
