The restaurant world has always been apart of my life every since I was a little girl. My dad owned a taco shop growing up therefore I was always his best little helper in the kitchen, and as his cashier. As I got older he would take me to his catering events on the weekends and especially on my school breaks. It was always something I looked forward to, because not only did I know I was going to get my little weekend allowance money, but it was something we bonded over because we shared the same passione for it. Once it came time for me to finally get a real job with a actual pay check I knew exactly were I belonged. I started my journey when I was 8, and I love how far I have come. everything the restaurant world has thrown my way I have taken it with a grain of salt and learned from it. I am confident with my work ethic, and I do want to continue to grow in this industry and even more so this company.
