• Maintain accreditation and certification as per ISO: 17025:2017 & ISO 9001:2015 standards & appraising the status of various system implementations in the organization.
• Monitor and inform/communicate/apply standards created/maintained by external bodies, and integrate them within internal quality management systems.

• Calibrate Mechanical parameters like Dimension, Pressure, Mass, Volume, Torque, Force, Sound & Thermal equipment, including adjustment & reconditioning, and calibrate different types of measuring machines like Length measuring machines, FCDM, Slip Gauge Calibrator, Tape & Scale Calibrators, Roundness measuring machines, Profile projectors, etc. as per International Standard.
• Execute calibration of Pressure measuring devices & gauges, Dead Weight Tester, and Low & High-Pressure measuring devices.
• Handle internal coordination & calibration of equipment of different divisions across the Different labs across India & sections too.
• Prepare testing & calibration certificates of internal & external independently.
• Calculate uncertainty measurement as per ILAC/ APLAC/NABL-141 audit & regular Calibration & Inspections.
• Carry out Inter-laboratory & proficiency testing for all types of Mechanical equipment for External laboratories.
• Actively involved and demonstrate Calibration measurement capability (CMC) & Uncertainty Calculations in External & Internal Audits.

• Maintain all high precision grade equipment/tools in safe custody & ensure all equipment is operated as per the instructions and user manual. Also, use & maintain safety tools and housekeeping of all equipment and their accessories
• Schedule & plan predictive & breakdown maintenance jobs with a key focus on spares availability & root cause analysis.
• Prepare a maintenance plan/ schedule for reducing lab equipment downtime to a minimum for ensuring smooth operations
• Collect, compile, and maintain operational records of all the standards, audits, uncertainty calculations, and control charts of all the reference standards, guidelines, quality checklist, customer complaints & analysis.
