• Platform Strategy & Leadership: Defined the technical strategy, execution roadmaps and lead the cross-functional program execution for the Walmart Customer Data, Identity and Data Privacy platform.
• Technical Strategy & Architecture: Orchestrated the unification of fragmented customer data by driving identity capture, enrichment, and resolution architectures, successfully establishing a single "omni account" for users.
• Led the 0-1 technical program management for a scalable data privacy architecture, defining the core roadmap, technical requirements, and system design to transition the organization from fragmented legacy practices to a unified, scalable compliance platform.
• Managed, mentored, and scaled a team of 5 Principal TPMs, establishing best practices for program delivery, standardizing operational reviews, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence across the organization.

• Defined and lead the implementation of an adaptive decisioning strategy ("next best actions") to personalize the real estate journey, successfully driving users deeper into the conversion funnel through scalable, targeted communication. Managed end-to-end program risk, deploying proactive mitigation plans that ensured all cross-functional initiatives were delivered on time and within budget.
• Directed a massive architectural migration of Zillow Web from a legacy Java monolith (comprising ~400K lines of code, 1,500+ endpoints, and 800+ libraries across 20+ teams) to the modern Web Shopper Platform. Drove platform standardization by onboarding engineering teams to a container-based platform and systematically migrating away from legacy systems.
• Spearheaded an organizational transformation across Zillow Group to establish a culture of Operational and Engineering Excellence (OE/EE). Elevated operational rigor by implementing structured OPS reviews across multiple organizations and utilizing DORA metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Lead the following large Cross Functional Programs:

• Amazon.IN: Define the technical strategy, execution plan and manage Migration Amazon India (IN) Stack from DUB (Ireland) to
  HYD (India) AWS Region India and localize critical customer data in an India region to Comply with upcoming India regulation called 'Data Protection Bill'.
• Prime Video: (a) Migrate Amazon Video Personalization services and offline models to get catalog and offers data from the new global catalog via canonical APIs and deprecate the territory-based catalog systems/services.

  migrate Prime Video away from Amazon Retail owned Regional Datastore for personalization
• AWS S3: AWS Region Build Automation: Defined the technical strategy to automate region build efforts for AWS S3 and build S3 in a new region within ~10 days.
• Amazon Retail: Lead the Adaptive CX program to tailor/adapt Amazon.IN experiences based on cohorts like 'low bandwidth', 'New
  to Amazon', 'device aspect ratio'; to improve customer experience
  and increase revenue.

• Managed platform test team of 30+ engineers for video conferencing solutions - conducted functional testing, test automation, and performance/resiliency tests.
• Led middleware and mobile applications test groups at BlueJeans.
• Scaled middleware testing across 30+ services with over 2000 API tests.
