Perform duties as working flat rate shop foremen, Dispatch all repair orders, coordinate used vehicle inspection and repair needs with General Manager , perform electrical diag and heavy line repairs gas and diesel. Train less experience technicians, provide pathway for training and schedule and approve technician training. Perform quality control and address vehicle's and aid technicians with unresolved or repeat repairs to meet customer expectations. Address and make adjustments to areas of need that provided support to technicians. Coordinate with local EPA representatives to ensure shop is meeting local and state guidelines
