-Created and managed an annual schedule of youth programs that showed continuous growth. After school program increased in size from 20 kids to 65 weekly kids in three different age categories. Youth summer camps grew from 80 kids in summer to 120 kids. PGA Jr league participation increased from 14 kids to 28 kids and was split between two teams.
