  • Collaborated with fellow Golf Professionals to implement golf camps and workshops in Midland, MI. Liaised between Trackman, Foresight Sports and Range Servant to bring technology to MCC and Golf HQ (an aspiring Coaching Center that aims to make practice facilities available year round in Midland Mi).
  • Introduced fellow Coaches to ADM, TPI, SVC and created first Teach The Teacher Program that coordinated Midland CC with Golf HQ.
  • Liaised with LPGA Tour officials, internal and external vendors and Sponsored players to strengthen relationships between Midland Country Club, Dow DuPont and the Midland business community. Pleased to acknowledge a five year contract extension between The LPGA Tour and Midland Country Club, ensuring The Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational will continue through 2028.
  • Introduced seven Dow DuPont MBA interns to the game of golf. From beginners without clubs to a nine hole scramble through six 90 minute group sessions and one individual 45 minute lesson, in an 8 week period of time. Group grew to include significant others and children of Interns. Hired PGA Members and Associates to maintain ideal Coach to Player ratio.
  • Played a key role in generating largest budget available for Golf Department of MCC in fiscal year 2023 through largest gross revenues generated in fiscal year 2022.
  • Secured Internship for future PGA Professional (Sam Houston State PGM Program) by virtue of an honest and in-depth conversation of reference with Head Professional of Minnehaha CC, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
