• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs Ground Control Element system for USAF Global Hawk program
• Performs system administrator tasks on multiple Windows and UNIX platforms including IRIX and Solaris in support of operational UAV missions.
• Examines installations and observed operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications.
• Streamlines troubleshooting processes to improve system support and enhance communication with the customer.

• Provides customers in-depth technical information to aid troubleshooting of system faults of the RQ-4B.
• Tracks and identifies system complications and coordinates with OEM engineers to propose in field repairs to the customer.
• Performs depot level modifications to ensure airworthiness and serviceability of the RQ-4B.
• Records with accuracy aircraft data to identify trends and predict failures allowing the customer to plan accordingly.

• Integrates tests and develops strategies to improve test efficiency on the MQ-4C Triton
• Reviews and provides inputs during engineering development and executes acceptable test procedure to ensure airworthiness
• Prepares and documents test variances in accordance with engineering direction and engineering changes
